As part of the second generation of the Yeh family at Coaster, Morris Yeh began working for the company while still in high school, doing everything from data entry to sorting through job applications for the human resources department.
He began working at Coaster full time at age 23 and was involved with various aspects of product development and product management for most of the next decade. That allowed him to acquire expertise in supply chain management, product design and pricing, among other things.
In 2022, he was named director of the company’s e-commerce division, a post that also involves overseeing computer system improvements and integration.
