NORFOLK, VA. – Paramount Sleep will introduce its updated East Coast luxury collection at the Las Vegas Market, set for July 28-Aug. 1. The new collection features components such as locally sourced Virginia cotton.
The redesigned 2024-2025 Paramount collection marks four generations of family ownership and craftsmanship, transforming from a local mattress factory into a national manufacturer with additional facilities.
Each mattress in the new collection includes Virginia cotton, sourced in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Agriculture and a local gin mill. Third-generation owner Richard Diamonstein played a key role in this partnership, ensuring the use of 100% pure Virginia cotton traceable to Suffolk, Va.
“American consumers will love the story of the Paramount Collection. We are the first domestic mattress manufacturer to use locally grown, harvested and processed cotton from our home state of Virginia. To fully appreciate the natural breathability and superior comfort that Virginia cotton offers, we made it the primary cushioning material in every Paramount mattress,” remarked Richard Fleck, president of Paramount Sleep.
The collection includes materials and components for a luxury mattress line, such as a silk-wool cashmere blend cover with New Zealand wool and cashmere, natural latex quilted zoned lumbar for support, and hand tufting for durability. It also features GOLS certified latex and high-density gel memory foam.
The collection consists of seven mattresses with different designs to suit various comfort preferences.
