PITTSBURGH — Ashley licensee JMS Furniture Group celebrated the grand opening of its new 18,083-square-foot showroom last month.
Located at 100 South Hills Village Drive, it’s the group’s fourth Ashley store in the region and will employ approximately 25 people.
“The response leading up to this event has been tremendous,” said Matt Schultz, president, JMS Furniture Group. “We’re thrilled to once again bring the No. 1 selling furniture store to the Pittsburgh area and look forward to earning our customer’s loyalty and becoming part of the community.”
The showroom will feature complete lifestyle vignettes, down to the final detail of lighting, rugs and wall art. Product categories include bedroom, dining room, upholstery, leather, occasional tables, home office, youth bedroom, recliners, mattresses and accessories. Shoppers will also be treated to the new Ashley mattress gallery, featuring Ashley Sleep, Tempur-Pedic and Purple mattresses.
During the grand opening ceremony, JMS Furniture Group presented a donation of $2,000 to Animal Friends, a local Animal Shelter in Pittsburgh. Additionally, a portion of all sales from the month of September is being donated to the organization.
