LOS ANGELES — Furniture retailer Blu Dot is offering to replace items lost in the recent wildfires that have devastated Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
The replacement program does not require proof of loss, with affected customers invited to visit Blu Dot’s Los Angeles store to work through details with the company’s team.
Replacements will be made available for all customers who purchased from the company within the past year.
“We love being a small part of your city and have been deeply saddened by the devastation and tragedy of the recent fires,” said Blu Dot CEO John Christakos. “While we know that there are far more important things to think about than furniture right now, we also want to let you know that we’re here for you when the time comes to put things back together.”
The initiative is available at Blu Dot’s Los Angeles location at 8751 Beverly Blvd.
The company said it will continue to assess the community’s needs and adjust the program as necessary going forward.
