BOISE, Idaho — Modern and contemporary furniture retailer Scandinavian Designs opened its newest store on March 15 in Meridian, Idaho.
Located at 1350 N. Eagle Rd., this is the brand’s second showroom in the Treasure Valley, joining the Boise location on Broadway.
“With the addition of this newest store to our network of stores serving the Treasure Valley, we are pleased to be able to improve the accessibility of our products and unique retail experience to the dynamic and growing communities of Meridian, Eagle and Star,” said Edward Gerard, chief operating officer.
The 35,000-square-foot Meridian showroom will feature Nordic-inspired designs and will include the innovative new Design Gallery, a 3,000-square-foot area offering top-to-bottom customization options for a huge selection of furniture and decor. Customers can browse full-sized products to customize their look for every room — including dining room, living room, and bedroom — and build multiple different configurations for pieces such as sleepers, sectionals and more, with more than 60 leather and 40 fabric options to choose from.
Scandinavian Designs will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24. The official grand opening weekend will take place on April 26-28, featuring prizes, refreshments and an opportunity to enter to win a premium furniture giveaway.
