Design franchise group’s market presence will be 20 states strong

EASTON, Md. — Home furnishings and interior design franchise group Decorating Den Interiors will be represented by buyers from 20 states at this month’s High Point Market.

“We have been bringing our design professionals to High Point showrooms and factory tours for more than 20 years,” said David Haseley, senior vice president of merchandising and marketing. “In the past 11 years, we have brought about 100 each year and have had our most ambitious schedules of showroom visits. We think we are the largest designer buying group that visits the market.”

Additionally, two of the group’s designers, sisters Barbara Elliott and Jennifer Ward-Woods of Stone Mountain, Ga., will be doing double duty as part of this season’s 10 HPMA Design Influencers. They will report on home furnishings and design trends at market as they take over the trade show’s official Instagram page.

“We are very proud of Barbara and Jennifer and their franchise team,” said Haseley. “They are consistent leaders in both design excellence and sales.”

Haseley said the group plans on visiting 22 showrooms that participate in its LIVV Home Collection.

The states represented by DDI designers are Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
