EJ Victor taps former Klaussner exec to lead sales

MORGANTON, N.C. – High-end North Carolina furniture manufacturer EJ Victor has named Ben Radoll as its new senior vice president of sales, marketing and new business development. Radoll was most formerly senior vice president of case goods and bedding at the now out-of-business Klaussner Furniture.

In his new role, Radoll will lead and oversee EJ Victor’s global sales efforts and marketing strategies. EJ Victor pointed to Radoll’s 20 years of experience, which it said will be critical in the continued growth of the company’s portfolio.

“We are excited to have Ben join the team,” said Richard Oliver, president and CEO of EJ Victor. “He brings vast knowledge and experience of our market, and further signifies our investment in the growth of our brands.” Oliver was named EJ Victor’s CEO earlier this year.

Prior to Klaussner, where he worked for just over two years, Radoll served as vice president of product development for Stickley Furniture, as well as vice president of marketing for Castelle. Earlier in his career, Radoll held sales and brand development positions with Furniture Brands International, Heritage Home Group and Universal Furniture.

EJ Victor is a high-end furniture manufacturer that offers upholstery as well as case goods, which span across the bedroom, dining and occasional categories. The privately owned company employs around 100 people and makes around 90% of its furniture domestically.
