DUBUQUE, Iowa — Calling it a high note in its 130th anniversary year, Flexsteel Industries received two Reader Rankings awards from Furniture Today.
Flexsteel was awarded Best Accent Upholstery Company for 2023 and was a finalist in the Best Stationary Upholstery Company category.
In the accent upholstery category, Flexsteel offers 15 collections within its South Haven, Domestic and Latitudes programs. In stationary upholstery, the company offers a selection of fabrics, finishes and frame styles with its Blue Steel seat springs. Pieces include accent chairs, swivel gliders, sofas, conversation sofas, sectionals and sleeper sofas, available in the Domestic and South Haven programs.
Flexsteel’s Domestic program allows customers to choose from more than 550 fabrics, including performance and sustainability options, with a mix of high-leg recliners and other stationary pieces produced in North America. The South Haven program offers a curated range of models at the same starting price. Manufactured in North America, it provides a curated selection, simplified pricing,] and digital support for visualization. With 300 customizable fabric options, South Haven offers 25 sofa frames, six sleep sofa groups, six chairs and ottomans, four swivel chairs, four ottomans and nine sections.
A peer-recognition program, the Furniture Today Reader Ranking Awards began in 2021 and has gained traction with expanded categories. In 2023, the program recognizes 59 categories across the industry.
