WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Nationwide Marketing Group will tap Jon Dorenbos, former Philadelphia Eagle and America’s Got Talent finalist, as opening keynote speaker at the buying group’s upcoming PrimeTime event this August in Las Vegas.
The former NFL Pro-Bowler turned magician will treat PrimeTime attendees at the Venetian to his story and magical artistry at the event.
“Jon’s story is one that our members will be able to relate to more than I think they realize,” said Nationwide CEO Tom Hickman. “The message he will deliver is all about how, despite whatever circumstances you’re facing or self-doubt you’re feeling, you can control the outcome by choosing to remain positive.”
Jon Dorenbos’s mantra is captured in his book, “Life is Magic.” After his NFL career, the former long snapper and two-time Pro Bowler focused on his skills as a sleight-of-hand magician. Competing on Season 11 of “America’s Got Talent,” he finished third among more than 100,000 competitors. Dorenbos then took his show on the road, becoming a regular guest on “The Ellen Show” and “HBO Real Sports.”
“I’m excited to return to one of my favorite spots, Las Vegas, to address the Nationwide Marketing Group membership at PrimeTime,” said Dorenbos. “I’m looking forward to rocking the Venetian this August.”
Dorenbos will deliver his keynote on Aug. 11 from the PrimeTime Main Stage. PrimeTime will take place at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center from Aug. 11-14. Registration is free to NMG members.
