The new IQ Fit Glass Free NOSO Sock is designed to help reduce manufacturing cost, double production input and eliminate the need for sewing. The company said the product will help increase mattress manufacturing efficiency.
The patent-pending sock addresses challenges that manufacturers are facing as they look to increase capacity while reducing overall costs. The company said the FR sock is easy to apply and helps reduce machinery maintenance down time.

The sock allows mattress manufacturers to sidestep the detailed and time-consuming sewing process. The product also enhances overall production capacity with a reduction in manufacturing and maintenance expenses.
Made with the same materials as the company’s top-selling IQFIT Glass Free — a 100% glass free FR, chemical-free material made with inherent cellulosic fiber that provides FR protection with high-char strength. Certified under the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s BioPreferred program, which aligns with consumer and market sustainability trends, the new sock, like other products from Precision’s porfolio, is eco-friendly.
