- “Vintage bathroom vanities” searches are up 4x.
- “China cabinets” and “hutches” rose nearly 3x.
- Full-room styles like “vintage living rooms” and “vintage kitchens” doubled in popularity.
Warm metallics are also trending, with strong increases in searches for:
- “Copper pendant lighting” (up 3.5x)
- “Gold bathroom vanity lights” (up nearly 2x)
- “Brushed gold bathroom faucets” (up almost 1.5x)
- “Gold lamps” (up 42%)
- Copper kitchen features such as sinks and range hoods (up over 20%)
French Country Style and Entertaining Spaces See Renewed Interest
Search data suggests growing interest in French country aesthetics and dedicated hosting areas:
- “French country chandeliers” (up 4x) and “French country bathrooms” (up 54%) saw strong increases.
- “Modern French country kitchen” searches rose 45%, and “floral wallpaper” nearly doubled.
At-home beverage stations and entertainment zones are becoming more common:
- “Whiskey bars” (up nearly 2x) and “coffee bars” (up 19%) lead drink-focused spaces.
- “Small wet bars” and “beverage bars” increased by almost 1.5x.
- “Putting greens” nearly doubled, while interest also grew for “Lego rooms,” “billiard rooms,” “video game rooms,” “poker tables” (up 77%), and “game tables” (up 20%).
Low-Water Landscaping and Sustainable Design on the Rise
As homeowners focus on resource-conscious landscaping:
- “Succulent gardens” saw a 3x rise in searches.
- Mediterranean garden styles nearly doubled.
- Practical elements like “decomposed granite landscapes” rose 37%.
