HIGH POINT — The International Home Furnishings Representatives Assn. has taken the theme “Mission Possible” for its 29th annual Furniture Industry Awards Gala, celebrating the way this year’s honorees turn challenges into opportunities.
“Mission Possible felt like the perfect way to celebrate their achievements,” said Steve Allegrezza, IHFRA executive director. “Each of this year’s honorees has not only elevated their own organizations but has also contributed meaningfully to the home furnishings industry as a whole, making it more professional, consumer-focused, and future-ready.”
This year’s FIAG honorees are:
- Retailer of the Year: Furniture Mart, USA
- Industry Icon: Mark Phillips, Phillips Collection
- Pillar of the Industry: Steve Riley, CEO, Riley Consulting Group
- Distinguished Service Award: Matt Keepers
- Legacy Award: Ted Weisbach
- Rising Star Award: Meghan Crandall
Set for 6 p.m. on Oct. 24, the event will be held at the Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center in High Point during the fall High Point Market.
