Ikea says ‘¡Bienvenidos’ to new online option


CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — Top 100 retailer Ikea U.S. announced it has launched a complete, in-language e-commerce experience for its Spanish-speaking customers.

This new platform will allow Spanish-speaking customers to shop for home furnishings, learn about the latest news from the brand, working opportunities and more.

“We are thrilled to offer this new platform to our Spanish-speaking customers,” said Jessica Santiago Byrd, multicultural marketing communications manager for Ikea U.S. “At Ikea, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible shopping experience for all our customers. With this new platform, we hope to make it easier than ever for our Spanish-speaking customers to shop with us and become part of the Ikea Family.”

In addition to the new online shopping experience, Spanish-speaking customers can also receive support before, during, and after their Ikea purchase with a Spanish-speaking co-worker when calling the support phone line.
