Jayson Home shares eclectic product mix via Bergdorf Goodman collab

NEW YORK — Jayson Home, the Chicago-based seller of new, vintage and antique furniture, is making a return engagement at Bergdorf Goodman with Jayson Home Loft.

The Jayson Home retail space within the retailer’s seventh floor loft area opened May 2 and will operate through Aug. 19.

“Partnering with Bergdorf Goodman to bring Jayson Home back to New York is a dream come true,” said Devin Kirk, chief creative director at Jayson Home. “We’re thrilled to be able to distill the best of Jayson Home into 1,000 square feet to bring those who visit an immersive shopping experience. We have spent the last year hoarding antiques and one-of-a-kind finds on buying trips all over the world in preparation for this installation.”

Similar to Jayson Home’s Chicago store, the Loft is providing designers, stylists and design enthusiasts access to its collection of pieces form France, Italy, Belgium and America. Plans are to refresh the inventory with an assortment of antique, vintage and new upholstery, case goods and accessories ranging from artwork to rugs to lighting and more.

The primary focus is on industrial and rustic furniture from Belgium, unique objects and collected works of art, which will be balanced with items such as French Napoleon III chairs, African stools, vintage 1980s pieces and new and bestsellers from Jayson Home’s collection that include travertine tables, leather chairs and silk pillows.

“Bergdorf Goodman is thrilled to welcome Jayson Home to our Fifth Avenue flagship,” said Andrew Mandell, divisional merchandising manager for decorative home and jewelry. “Their curatorial ability to bring our savvy customer new design pieces of the highest quality as well as an exceptional array of one-of-a-kind vintage and antiques will transform our loft into the premier destination this spring and summer.”
