SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Home + Patio Gallery here opened a 60,000-square-foot showroom on Oct. 10.

The latest location, which includes two levels, is the largest of HPG’s four stores in Puerto Rico. Known as a one-stop shop for home essentials, HPG offers a wide selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances, BBQs, spas and mattresses. The new store also includes an outlet section for promotional items.

“Opening a new store location was a crucial and important decision for us, as it offers greater opportunities to expand our market share,” said Mhdy Taha, chief operating officer and buyer. “Additionally, it enhances the convenience for our customers by providing our largest showroom and displaying our entire product range all in one place.”

Key vendors include AICO, Coaster, Kuka, Cheers, Homelegance, Elements, Global, Violino, HTL, Riverside and New Classic. For outdoor furniture, the selection features brands like Castelle, Agio, Gloster, Patio Renaissance, Tuuci and Bull BBQ.

With direct imports averaging over 900 containers annually, HPG maintains a 200,000-square-foot warehouse and a dedicated fleet of more than 40 trucks, ensuring timely delivery. Since Hurricane Maria in 2017, sales have grown significantly, with year-over-year growth of 20%, leading to HPG’s expansion to a 40,000-square-foot showroom in the island’s west. The company also has a strong e-commerce presence.
