HIGH POINT — Furniture lifestyle imagery startup Presti.ai is out with a new iteration of its generative AI solution that the company says builds on its mission to democratize access to high-quality product and marketing visuals.
The update includes improvements in accuracy, photorealism, and customization, offering users the ability to give the tool more detailed instructions as it produces output that more smartly matches their needs.
The enhanced AI improves on a number of core functions in the solution, including:
- Enhanced image quality: Produces sharper, more detailed visuals compared to previous versions.
- Longer context window: Allows the AI to understand and process more elaborate and precise user descriptions.
- Improved spatial awareness and depth of field: Creates images with a realistic focus on the product and blurred backgrounds for a photography-like effect.
- Text generation within images: Enables the integration of custom messaging directly into visuals, a key improvement for marketers aiming to create custom branding and messaging directly within the visuals.
- Photorealistic human figures: Allows users to include lifelike people in their imagery, adding flexibility for brands with people-centric marketing.
- Foundational upgrades for expanded tooling: Provides a platform for additional creative tools while preserving product integrity.
Company co-founder Hamza Bennis told Furniture Today that the updated features were developed based on feedback from users who wanted greater customization to match their unique brand identities.
“What we noticed with the previous model was that, particularly for premium or high-quality brands, users wanted more control over the output, he said. “For instance, if you wanted a wood side table near a sofa with one window featuring black frames, it wasn’t easy to get that level of precision. The results were often just directional, rather than exact.”
“In this new update, you can go into very fine detail about what you want in the image. It also generates more accurate output with fewer hallucinations,” he continued. “All of these improvements give the user, at the end, a much better quality of image.”
The updated generative AI can be demoed by existing Presti customers using their tool now.
