LAS VEGAS — Nationwide Marketing Group and Sherwood Bedding have teamed up to bring the Encore Effortless mattress as a private-label offering for NMG members.
“This new mattress is already proving to be a game changer for our mattress members,” said Jeff Rose, vice president of furniture, bedding and outdoor for NMG. “We wanted to craft a product with a unique story that our dealers could help tell. The team at Sherwood Bedding helped us accomplish just that and so much more with the Encore Effortless bed.”
The bed’s features include an extreme cooling pillow top, a gel-infused comfort layer, isotonic and memory foam, and 8-inch five-zoned encased innersprings, all packed into a 14.5-inch profile. It’s a mattress designed to provide comfort and support while remaining durable and was shown for the first time at the Las Vegas Market.

The Encore Effortless bed has a suggested retail price of $499, opening members’ doors to a more budget-conscious consumer, while still maintaining strong margins for the retailer. To enhance the program further, all Nationwide members receive an additional 3% quarterly rebate. The mattress is scheduled to begin shipping March 1.
