I recently spent a few days in Chicago discovering all the trends at The Inspired Home Show. I was honored to be an ambassador for the 125th Show.
This is a sponsored post by The Inspired Home Show. I take pride in reviewing only products that fit my brand and will benefit my readers. While my experience at the show was sponsored, all the opinions are my own.

There were more than 1600 exhibitors, and I saw firsthand all the latest and greatest innovations and trends in home and housewares.

The displays were impressive, and there were over 300,000 products in this year’s show.
It is the largest housewares show in the Western Hemisphere and was incredible.
I spent time with a talented crew of influencers covering everything from home to decor to food to lifestyle. We spanned from coast to coast, and we even had a Canadian ambassador in the group.

Trends at the 2025 Inspired Home Show
COLOR
The color was a noticeable trend throughout the show. Everything from small appliances to electronics was displayed in a rainbow of colors.

Adding color to a product makes it more fun, but suddenly, I needed to replace all my pots and pans, fans, and coolers (among many other household items) with prettier, more colorful versions.

Kitschy
The show was filled with fun, kitschy household products – especially in the kitchen sector.

There were lots of bold colors and nostalgic elements. The Peanuts gang is celebrating their 75th anniversary later this year, so Snoopy was often spotted throughout the show.
I loved all the fun kitchen products. They were colorful and great conversation starters. For someone like me who doesn’t love being in the kitchen, these products can make cooking a little more fun.

Retro
The past was revisited throughout the Show, but it was done in a fresh new way.

What’s old is new again, and I was obsessed with the retro product.

Brown
Pantone was at the Show, sharing its 2025 Color of the Year, Mocha Mousse. We have known for a while that gray is on its way out, and at The Inspired Home Show, brown was making its presence known.

Lots of brands showcased their versions of Mocha Mousse in products, and they were generally very warm and beautiful.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I loved seeing all the 2025 homeware trends.
