SALT LAKE CITY — E-commerce furniture supplier Walker Edison has unveiled a new bedroom collection for the holiday season. The 22-piece line includes beds, dressers, nightstands and more.
“According to the U.S. Travel Assn., travel spending is up 4.1% this year, and the holiday season is expected to continue this trajectory,” Walker Edison said in a release. “As people travel home or visit friends and family, Walker Edison is offering an affordable price point for high-end pieces so that hosts can prepare their guest bedrooms accordingly.”
Features of the line include rattan inserts, reeded detailing, vertical wood slating and beveled drawer fronts. All bed frames come with a slatted base, while a twin-over-twin bunkbed is designed to appeal to families with small children or those needing sleeping arrangements in a small space.
New dressers include two six-drawer options and a three-drawer chest, while 10 new nightstands offer a combination of open storage and drawers.
Items in the collection are made with a variety of materials, including solid pine from renewable forests, solid Brazilian wood, warp-resistant MDF, woven upholstery and powder-coated metal.
The collection is priced similarly to higher-priced items in the market, the company said, but remains “approachable.” For new beds and six-drawer dressers, prices start around $415 with free shipping.
