Wayfair Professional dishes up designer-led Tastemakers program

BOSTON — Wayfair Professional is offering designers a bit of inspiration through its newly launched Tastemakers program.

The Tastemakers, through their own curated Designer Shops, are providing other interior design professionals with peer-to-peer inspiration. The shoppable platform features product selections ranging from furniture to lighting to décor accessories from well-known figures from Instagram, HGTV and print.

“The Tastemakers program is an incredibly exciting way for us to connect with and shine a spotlight on some truly inspiring names in the design world,” said Amanda Evans, head of brand marketing and promotions at Wayfair Professional.

Among those participating are Amber Guyton, interior designer and content creator at Blessed Little Bungalow, who is known for her colorful designs; Dan Mazzarini, principal and creative director at BHDM & Archive by Dan Mazzarini, a luxury retail site; and Ann Lopez, owner and creative director at Studio 790, whose work has been featured on Houzz TV and in national magazines.

“I’ve been shopping with the Wayfair family of brands since decorating my first apartment 15 years ago,” said Guyton. “Now as an interior designer, I love using Wayfair Professional to design and shop for my client projects across the country. Being able to also source from Perigold, AllModern, Joss & Main and Birch Lane means I can find pieces that make every client happy. I’m honored to be selected as a Wayfair Professional Tastemaker and look forward to sharing my pieces in my Designer Shop.”

Wayfair Professional is a free membership-based platform that offers designers access to professional pricing discounts, project support and free shipping opportunities.
