NEW YORK – Furniture supplier Meridian has named Bassett Mirror veteran Mitch Hodges as its new vice president of sales.
Hodges served at Bassett Mirror for six and a half years, working with Top 100 retailers and building up the company’s sales team, according to Meridian.
“As our business continues to grow, we wanted to add an experience sales leader to our team to help build out our national footprint and increase our penetration with leading national retailers,” said Michael Rosilio, president of Meridian Furniture.
Before entering the home furnishings industry, Hodges was vice president of sales and operations for a leading mobile telephone company, according to Meridian. He is a graduate of Patrick Henry College in Martinsville, Va., and lives in Collinsville, Va., with his family.
Meridian Furniture supplies retailers and designers with upholstered furniture and case goods for nearly every room of the home.
