Feria Habitat in Valencia will partner with Maderalia in September.
VALENCIA, Spain — Feria Hábitat València is expanding its focus on the contract category in September.
Feria officials said the new Contract 360o by Maderalia space will complement Hábitat’s offering with a selection of innovations, materials and technical solutions geared to contract projects. The move underscores Feria Valencia’s strategy of boosting synergies between two leading wood and furniture fairs and extending the scope of Hábitat 2025. Officials said the move is also a prelude to biennial Fimma + Maderalia show slated for 2026.
The Contract 360o by Maderalia space will be developed by one of Feria Valencia’s other top trade fairs, Maderalia. Through the exhibition, Hábitat will extend its offering in the contract segment with companies and brands linked to Maderalia showing product for spaces including hotels, shops, offices and restaurants. Products will include panelboard, surfaces, claddings, architectural elements and technological and software solutions specially geared to architects, interior designers and project managers involved in contract projects.

Contract 360o by Maderalia will feature a different format than the traditional Hábitat stands. A smaller group of no more than 50 carefully selected exhibitors with small, pared back stands will be located by a new hotel installation that Feria Hábitat will be featuring at the 2025 show in partnership with a renowned architecture and interior design practice.
“What Hábitat aims to do in every edition is carry on growing and be able to offer our visitor and professionals new business opportunities,” said Daniel Marco, Feria Hábitat València director. “In that regard, the contract component of our fair is growing all the time, and initiatives like Contract 360 o by Maderalia will enrich Feria Hábitat València 2025’s appeal considerably”.
Fimma + Maderalia Director Alejandro Roda added that “this initiative provides an excellent opportunity for companies that exhibit at Maderalia that have a clear interest in the contract sector and for whom having their own fair only every two years is not quite enough in terms of showing their latest innovations and new products.”
Together, Feria Hábitat València and FIMMA + Maderaliathe, which will return Nov. 10-13, 2026, bring around 2000 exhibitors and more than 70,000 trade visitors to Valencia.
Feria Valencia takes place Sept. 29-Oct. 2. More than 43,000 professionals from 70 countries are expected to attend.
