Ashley highlights corporate responsibility, sustainability achievements in latest report


As a part of its manufacturing initiatives in the U.S., Ashley selected 10 of its largest U.S. facilities to receive solar installations this year.

ARCADIA, Wis. – Ashley Furniture touted its corporate responsibility achievements in its latest annual report, highlighting what the company has done this year regarding sustainability, community engagement and social impact.

Here’s a quick rundown of some of the highlights:

  • Raised nearly $144,000 raised through employee contributions to non-profit organizations nationwide.
  • Impacted more than 30,000 children through the efforts of Hope to Dream, Ashley’s Angels and STEM education partnerships.
  • Donated more than 42,000 wreaths to 40 different cemeteries through Wreaths Across America partnership.
  • Recycled nearly 110,000 tons of materials including wood, cardboard and poly-foam.
  • Donated 250 trees to communities in Wisconsin.
  • Raised more than $750,000 through Ashley for the Arts, supporting 70-plus non-profit organizations.
  • Pledged to donate 25,000 mattresses to U.S. Special Forces by 2029 through a partnership with Tempur-Pedic.
  • Continues to work with City of Hope on a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, and Heartworks, a non-profit dedicated to treating congenital heart defects.
