HIGH POINT — Andmore has announced numerous changes to the company’s executive team, including the departure of Dorothy Belshaw, president.
In a tenant memo obtained by Furniture Today, several key changes to the Andmore executive team were announced, including Belshaw’s transition to an advisory role. In the memo, CEO Jon Pertchik noted that Andmore is “thoughtfully planning a strategic path forward that builds on its passion for the industries we serve, the centricity of the customer and guest and its spirit of innovation.”
In the memo, Pertchik stated the following changes:
Dorothy Belshaw, president and chief growth officer, will transition to an advisory role effective Friday, Feb. 14. “During her tenure, Dorothy has played an important role in shaping the vision of Andmore’s markets, and I am thrilled that she will continue as an advisor,” he said. “I am grateful for Dorothy’s contributions to Andmore and our industry.
Additional changes include recent appointments of:
- EVP, Corporate Development, Strategy and General Counsel Katie Potter
- EVP, Chief Technology Officer Landon Williams
- EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer Ximena Juncosa
- Interim Chief Financial Officer Joe Oriti
Tenured leader Greg Avitabile, executive vice president and chief operating officer, continues in his role and remains a part of the leadership team.
Pertchik added that he is confident that the new executive leaders will collaborate with the Andmore team to provide the level of support expected from customers.
“These leadership changes represent the future of the Andmore strategic direction, and I couldn’t be more thrilled about this experienced, diverse group of leaders,” he stated.
