LOS ANGELES – Direct-to-consumer washable rug brand Ruggable has partnered with color company Pantone for its second collection of rugs.

As a follow-up to the success of the brand’s first iteration tied to Pantone’s 2024 Color of the Year, Pantone crafted this collection with a vibrant yet subtle color palette. Laurie Pressman, the vice president of the Pantone Color Institute, said it created the pieces to inspire creativity with colorful patterns and bold, geometric shapes. Each rug is a work of art demanding attention and was made to instantly uplift the mood of any room, according to Pressman.

The Mica Tufted rug from Ruggable and Pantone adds a pop of color to this room.

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of Pantone’s collaboration with Ruggable, featuring a bold and bright color palette across the new styles, designed to inspire creativity,” Pressman said. “By bringing together Pantone’s color expertise and Ruggable’s innovative design, we are excited to offer a range of contemporary and modern styles that make it easy for anyone to bring vibrant hues to elevate everyday living with colorful, mood-boosting designs.”

The new collection includes three colors from different categories that come together in one palette but also can live on their own as an accent color, according to the company.

  • Pale Peach (from the Digital Cozy category) introduces a soft and inviting tone, ideal for creating a serene backdrop,
  • Kelp Forest (from the Retro category) injects depth and sophistication, offering a versatile shade that adds character to any composition,
  • Coastal Shade (from the Replenish category) brings a sense of calm and sophistication, perfect for creating balanced contrasts.

“At Ruggable, we believe that color has the power to impact your mood, energy and creativity, and are excited to launch our full Pantone collection to bring its creative approach to design to our customers’ homes,” said Ruggable Chief Marketing Officer Jenna Habayeb. “Using the concept of color theory, our collection features three unique trend stories of varying hues to invoke different moods and to provide an outlet for artistic expression in the home.”

The assortment consists of 11 styles, including seven indoor rugs, two outdoor rugs and two doormats, all of which feature colorful, mood-boosting designs. The pieces will be available in various sizes on Ruggable.com, with prices starting from $119.
