PONTE VEDRA, Fla. — Digital Wave Technology has extended its partnership with Dovetail Furniture, a West Coast importer and distributor of handcrafted furniture.
Dovetail has signed a multi-year agreement to use Digital Wave Technology’s product experience management (PXM) solution to enhance efficiency and accuracy in providing product details. The PXM system, which includes product information management (PIM), master data management and digital asset management, will help Dovetail:
- Improve efficiency and customize business processes
- Ensure consistent information across all channels
- Automate workflows in its product information management process
