DTC retailer Castlery puts focus on completing the room with new accessories

NEW YORK — Direct-to-consumer retailer Castlery has added dozens of new accessories to its line, including its first-ever mirror collection. The 73-item introduction, which is sold through its website, covers mirrors, rugs, lighting and functional accessories.

“Luxurious design thrives in thoughtful layering, where accessorizing is key to transforming a room from functional to flourishing,” said Declan Ee, founder. “Our summer collection offers function and beauty.”

The décor pieces include 20 mirrors covering seven different designs, a first for the brand. The mirrors include steel, resin and solid wood frame options in full length, oversized and wall sizes. Prices range from $219 to $999.

Castlery has also expanded its rug selection, adding five collections in 100% wool and two in wool blends. The rugs are handcrafted in India using loom, tufting and weaving techniques while receiving the GoodWeave and Oeko-Tek certifications for ethnical production.

The area rugs are offered in different pile heights, colors and constructions in three sizes: 5 by 8, 7.5 by 9 and 9 by 12. Prices range from $299 to $1,099.

Among the new lighting products are five tabletop and floor lamps featuring sculptural shapes and a mix of materials such as ceramic and wood. Prices are in the $129 to $299 range.

Within the accents category, new items are the leather armrest organizer, sofa armrest table and a headrest attachment that complements existing Castlery seating and can be produced in a range of fabrics.
