Hickory Chair promotes Rock House Farm VP to role of president


HIGH POINT — Hickory Chair and the board of directors of Rock House Farm Family of Brands promote from within for new Hickory Chair president.

Previously the vice president of international and contract sales and market for RHF brands, president of Cabot Wrenn and general manager of Maitland-Smith, Federico Contigiani has been with Rock House Farm for five years.

“It is my pleasure to bring Federico to Hickory Chair,” said Alex Shuford, CEO of Rock House Farm, adding, “The board and I are confident that Federico will embrace the historic American Hickory Chair brand by building upon its strong foundation, inspiring the talented artisans and craftspeople at the factory and lead it into future with luxurious new products that will entice and delight interior designers and their clients.”

Hickory Chair will unveil its new showroom at the upcoming High Point Market at 200 N. Hamilton St.
