SINGAPORE — Christopher Guy has introduced an online tool designed to enhance customer interactions with the brand’s luxury furniture collection, dubbed the a CG AI Assistant.

The chatbot assistant, now available on the company’s website, helps users find specific pieces, access detailed collection information and discover design inspiration.

Customers can ask the assistant questions such as, “Can you show me inspiration for a dining room with a round table?” or inquire about finishes such as 18th century gold leaf. The tool aims to streamline the shopping experience by offering tailored recommendations based on individual preferences.

Kisa Harrison, CEO of Christopher Guy, said the introduction of the CG AI Assistant reflects the brand’s ongoing efforts to integrate innovation with its luxury heritage.

She also emphasized that the tool aligns with the company’s forward-thinking approach to design, which incorporates both tradition and modern technology.

“The CG AI Assistant is a testament to our dedication to providing clients with unparalleled tools to realize their vision,” Harrison remarked.
