DIY Wooden Jewelry Stand – Erin Spain

I’ve been meaning to build a jewelry organizer for quite some time, and I finally put something together that works well for me, and I’m happy to share the build plans with you! I’m teaming up with my friends over at Kreg to show you how to build this DIY wooden jewelry stand.

I really wanted something small that would work well to display my jewelry on top of a dresser, and this is what I came up with. Of course you could modify the dimensions depending on your needs, or even add additional dowel rods, cup hooks, or shelves. You could also customize the finish to suit your own personal style.

I used my Kreg Jig 520PRO to build this jewelry stand. I love pocket hole joinery because it’s easy and great for beginners, but practical for just about anyone. This jig makes it simple, plus it’s lightweight, portable, and user friendly.

I decided on a special walnut stain for this, but as I mentioned you could finish it however you choose.

Ultimately I’m happy with how it turned out, but I might eventually add some small hooks or mini dowel rods for rings instead of the glass dish I’m currently using.
