LOGAN, Utah – In a move designed to help retailers drive traffic and to increase its brand awareness, Malouf Home has released a national commercial supporting its Ice Cloud mattress lineup.
The commercial will stream across services like Hulu and YouTube. According to Forbes, 99% of all U.S. households pay for one or more streaming service.
“Our end goal is to have customers going into stores to ask for Malouf products, and this commercial will increase demand for all our new mattresses, including the Ice Cloud,” said Ashlee Willes, director of marketing. “Mattresses are a key part of the overall sleep system, and these are our coolest, most innovative, mattresses we’ve ever created.”
Malouf unveiled its Ice Cloud mattress collection in January during the Las Vegas Market.
The 30-second spot shows one of the company’s Ice Cloud mattresses soaring above the clouds while people sleep. The tagline for the ad – “Sleep just got cooler with Malouf” – refers to the company’s promise that the mattress sleeps 7 degrees cooler.
At the end of the ad, Malouf directs consumers to its website where they can use the dealer locator to find a Malouf partner retailer.
“This new commercial was developed and executed by our in-house creative teams, and it’s already generating a lot of positive attention for the brand,” said Joel Dewberry, vice president of marketing. “This is just the beginning for Malouf Home as we invest in a robust advertising strategy that drives demand for our products and captures more sales for retailers.”
