SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Raymour & Flanigan, the Northeast’s largest furniture retailer, has enhanced its digital offerings with the launch of the 3D Cloud sectional configurator.
This latest addition to its 3D product page strategy complements existing tools such as 3D Cloud 360 Spins, WebAR and the Room Planner.
The 3D Cloud sectional configurator offers a way to customize sectional sofas, integrating Raymour & Flanigan’s online and in-store shopping experiences.
“The 3D Cloud platform offers a single source of truth, making it easy for us to manage and deploy 3D content across applications,” said Katharine Martin, senior site merchandiser for Raymour & Flanigan. “With more customers browsing online before visiting showrooms, the 3D Cloud sectional configurator helps us deliver a seamless experience. It’s one of many tools we use to provide consistent, top-notch service, connecting shoppers with our associates whether they start or finish their purchase online or in-store.”
Launching with more than 25 stocked sectional collections, including the ModularOne line, the configurator allows customers to select styles and customize fabrics, configurations and features. Most options are available for delivery within three days.
The sectional configurator is mobile friendly for self-service or use with in-store sales associates, and it is integrated with pricing and checkout. It also provides the retailer with analytics tracking across web and in-store interactions.
Beck Besecker, CEO and co-founder of 3D Cloud by Marxent, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration.
“We are excited to see how Raymour & Flanigan is reimagining their e-commerce product detail pages, infusing them with more 3D experiences,” he said. “The team at Raymour has been incredible to work with, and we’re proud to offer a platform that supports their vision of delivering endless possibilities for their customers.”
