SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Home furnishings retailer Montgomery’s is expanding its Sioux Falls showroom, enabling it to boost operations, enhance the customer experience and offer additional space for more products.

“We’re thrilled to take this step towards additional growth for Sioux Falls.” said Eric Sinclair, owner and president of Montgomery’s. “As we continue to serve the community with quality furniture, flooring, mattresses, lighting and window treatments, the demand for more space has become clear. Acquiring additional space in our market will give us the opportunity to increase showroom space, showcase additional products for our customers at every price point and will allow us to continue to provide unequalled customer service.”

Construction is set to begin early next year with the renovated space, which previously belonged to Billings, Mont.-based retailer Conlin’s, opening later in 2025. The expanded Sioux Falls showroom will be complete with a lighting gallery, additional flooring and window treatment spaces as well as a Budget Center. Complimentary design services will continue upon the renovation.

“At Montgomery’s, exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to going above and beyond to support our customers,” Sinclair said. “We feel fortunate to bring a project of this level to the Sioux Falls community and look forward to continuing to create beautiful spaces, one home at a time.”
