JP Home Furnishings is ‘blushing pink’ at Market

HIGH POINT — In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month, North Carolina-based upholstery manufacturer, JP Home Furnishings, is blushing pink during this week’s High Point Market.

The company will donate a portion of proceeds of any piece covered in its Calm Blush fabric — launching this week — through the end of this year. The donations will benefit Pretty in Pink, hose objective lies in providing uninsured and under-insured breast cancer patients in North Carolina with financial assistance for medical treatments.

Calm Blush not only speaks to Breast Cancer Awareness’ pink color, it also has an incredibly soft, soothing hand and is neutral enough to compliment most interiors.

“Pretty In Pink Foundation does incredible work,” said JP Home Vice President Carla Mata. “Breast Cancer’s devastation is so relatable. Most of us have, in some way, been touched by it. We’re excited to see our retailers run with this promotion and be part of supporting Pretty In Pink’s work.”

King Textiles, the producer of the Calm Blush fabric, also is participating in the event.

JP Home, exhibiting at 215 S. Main St. on the second floor, is one of the Whitewood Inds. brands, which also includes Custom Contract Furnishings, John Thomas Furniture, Whitewood Ready-to-Finish and International Concepts.
